Even if many designers don’t like this part, a website is built on tons of code sequences and managing these is a pretty tough job. The general opinion in the design community is that you must know coding. I disagree. While most designers today have a pretty good grip on HTML, designers who are focused heavily on visual design such as graphic design, identity or brand development usually only have the fundamentals down.
