Your list is not so much about staying in touch with customers as getting feedback from customers. There were few if any with interactivity.

Thanks for your research, I like UserVoice, but would also add IzzyHelp, hosted and easy to install support ticket system, which is fixed to browser like these “FEEDBACK” buttons.
